is going to be provided for the buyer)
We can do these as second homes as well as investment properties.
I have 5 resources for these loans. We will have more than
enough to accommodate 10 loans per buyer. Any more than that,
pending type of Visa, may have the ability to exceed 10 units
per buyer.
I will provide to you a list of the visa types required/approved.
75% loan to value is acceptable. In some cases, by exception
and subject to qualifications, this may be exceeded.
Typical turn time on this product time is 30-45 days. This
may be significantly less; however, it will depend on the
"quickness" of getting our documents from overseas.
As well, some countries require "fed-ex" be delivered
to the American Consulates. We are now able to send via electronic
signature verification.
